Returns & Refunds

At ssDominion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included

  • Include a valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable pet food or treats (if opened)

  • Grooming products that have been used or opened

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or digital products


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at ssdominion@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Package the product securely and include your RMA number inside the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ssDominion is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include a clear photo of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • A store credit

  • A full refund, including shipping costs


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us for assistance.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size or type. To request an exchange, contact us at ssdominion@outlook.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at ssdominion@outlook.com for further assistance.


8. Policy Exceptions

ssDominion reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if:

  • The returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by shipping

  • Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected
