Thank you for shopping with ssDominion! We’re committed to delivering your pet supplies quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight, shipping method, and delivery destination.

  • Standard shipping: Free for orders over $75 (before tax and discounts).

  • Orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited or overnight shipping options will include additional fees.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at ssdominion@outlook.com for assistance.


6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. However, once an order is shipped, ssDominion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather-related issues.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos of the package, if applicable.
We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your order as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. ssDominion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at ssdominion@outlook.com — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options:

  • Wait for the item to restock

  • Choose an alternative product

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item
